Mustard Turkey Burgers with Avocado

Ingredients

1 lb. pasture raised ground turkey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon coarse Pink Himalayan Salt

Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling

4 buns grilled (see notes on bread below)

1 organic avocado sliced

1/4 cup organic minced red onion

4-5 Peppadew peppers sliced

1 cup organic baby arugula

1/4 cup organic grated Parmesan

Directions

In a bowl, combine turkey, Dijon, onion, and Himalayan Salt.

Form mixture into four patties and chill 30 minutes.

Drizzle patties with oil and grill over medium-high heat, use food thermometer to insure internal temperatire is above 170.

Serve on buns with avocado, Peppadews, arugula, and Parmesan.
